ARE WE THE RIGHT FIT?
My approach to test prep is:
Common-sense based
Intuitive
Jargon-free
I help students understand their target test using real, published test questions. After each session, I assign homework and drills to cement that understanding.
I work best with students who are eager to learn and who don't hesitate to ask questions. Most students elect to meet with me once or twice per week. Outside of our sessions, I ask students to commit to studying a little bit—30 minutes or more—every day.
Students can expect from me:
Study materials: a mix of official test questions and study guides that I've written
Video recordings of every tutoring session together so that students may review them later
Written summaries of each class session to recap questions we discussed and concepts we covered
Homework after each session to review what we worked on and to prepare for our next class
I also work with students who have already tested and are looking for assistance in preparing their application materials. My expert editing has earned me Top Rated Seller and Fiverr Pro status on the freelancing platform Fiverr. Less than 1% of seller applicants receive Fiverr Pro status, which is determined based on client feedback and work-product quality. I am happy to brainstorm essay topics, discuss admissions strategy, review drafts, and proofread before you hit submit!
Prospective LSAT students:
Based on my hundreds of hours tutoring and teaching group LSAT classes, I believe that the students who are most likely to benefit from private tutoring are already scoring in the mid-150s or above.
If you are currently scoring below that range, don't worry! I recommend signing up for the LSAT Demon Live at $295/month. My former colleagues Ben and Nathan will get you where you want to be.
